Pour olive oil in a bowl and add the minced garlic, red wine vinegar, tomato sauce, basil, cayenne pepper, and salt. Mix the ingredients and marinate the shrimps. Put the bowl in a refrigerator for at least half an hour. Heat the grill and use skewers when grilling the shrimps. Cook the seafood for three minutes for each side. Serve immediately.

Sugarcoated Pecans

One of the best appetizers that are traditionally served during family occasions are sugarcoated pecans. The ingredients in this delicious treat are a pound of pecan halves, ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon, a tablespoon of water, a cup of white sugar, ¾ teaspoon salt, and an egg white. Preheat oven to 120 degrees Celsius. Whip the egg white in a bowl. Mix pecans with the egg white. Combine the sugar, cinnamon, and salt in another bowl. Remove the pecans and transfer them in the bowl with the sugar mixture. Coat the nuts with the mixture. Grease a baking pan and place the pecans in the pan. Put the pan inside the oven. Cook for an hour and stir constantly. Remove pecans from the oven and transfer to a clean plate. Serve immediately.
